35% deposit is required to secure the booking.
Full payment is due at check-in.
• Deposit Refund Policy:
Deposit is refundable if cancelled 60 days or more before arrival.
Non-refundable if cancelled 59 days or less before arrival.
• Check-In & Check-Out:

Check-out is completed only after inspection of the property’s general condition.

We stayed at this house in Nikiti as a big group of girls and we absolutely loved it! The house is very spacious, cozy, and perfect for a group of friends. We especially want to mention the incredibly comfortable and high-quality mattresses — we slept amazingly well every night. The cleanliness was absolutely perfect, and you can really see how much care the hosts put into making guests feel comfortable. The view from the balcony was another highlight — simply breathtaking! We could see the whole village from there, and watching both the sunrise and the sunset from the balcony created such a magical atmosphere. Thank you for such a wonderful stay. We would happily come back again and highly recommend this place to everyone!
